As a publisher, he oversees the publication of rare or previously unpublished texts, as well as facsimile reprints of works relating to the history of numismatic literature. This work of documentary recovery has made important sources available once again to both the scholarly community and collectors.

His publishing activity also includes works devoted to history and literature. Within Biblionumis Edizioni, he serves as editor of the Scienze storiche and Letteraria series.
Since 2003, he has published more than one hundred articles and essays in Italian and international scholarly journals. Between 2017 and 2023, he edited all 39 bimonthly issues of Anastatica. Inserto di letteratura numismatica, published as a supplement to the journal Monete Antiche, bringing classic texts from the numismatic tradition back into circulation.
In 2022, he founded Il Foglio Numismatico. Periodico di letteratura sulla scienza delle monete (ISSN 3035-0603), of which he remains editor. Conceived as a large-format periodical, it is intended for readers who approach coins also through books, documentary sources, and the history of numismatic culture. Each issue presents rare texts, manuscripts, correspondence, bibliographical curiosities, and documentary evidence relating to the tradition of numismatic scholarship. The project seeks to draw renewed attention to materials that have often remained at the margins of scholarly research, presenting them in an accessible and flexible editorial format.
